Environmental Awareness

Tomorrow is a Brand New Day

Tomorrow is a brand new day to dedicate yourself to doing all you can to help protect our aquifer by purchasing products that are non-toxic inside and outside of your body and home, by talking with someone who isn’t aware that our precious drinking water is below us on Cape Cod, by reaching out to your circle of loved ones explaining your new dedication to the source of life, our drinking water, and asking them to join you in this effort as well.

The POCCA Cape Cod team has many great followers willing to join in our mission to prevent more unnecessary use of herbicides sprayed by Eversource along power lines on Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard.  We have set up a few easy tasks for you to help prevent this insanity above our aquifer.

POCCA has a pro-bono lawyer and a top environmental toxicologist working closely with us. Anticipating a legal appeal, we are in need of funding in the amount of $2,000 to file at Superior Court in Barnstable County. Thank you for donating today!!

Remember it is power in numbers that will prevail. To become successful in our mission, we need your help now.  So if you haven’t already done so, please go to our website where you can sign our petition and donate to POCCA in order for us pursue our challenge in court.  Also share this with your connections. We are all in this together!

I’ve discovered many people don’t know what’s going on in their own back yards.  Be neighborly and reach out.  Share these concerns. We are all in this together, we all drink from the same aquifer.

Thank you for helping to protect our greatest natural resource on Cape Cod, our drinking water, by reaching out today.  And check out the 4 minute video below of a recent fundraiser for POCCA hosted by Cape Cod Beer and coordinated by Cape Cod Green Drinks.
